Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Auxen collects, why, and your choices. We collect only what's needed to run accounts, billing, and security. Nothing more.

What we collect

• Account data: your email, display name, avatar, which sign-in method you used, and whether your email is verified.
• Billing data: your plan, subscription status, and a record of payments. Card details are handled entirely by Flutterwave. We never see or store them.
• Security data: session records (a hashed token, device user-agent, IP, expiry) to keep you signed in and detect abuse.
• Schemas you create stay in your browser unless you're on a plan that saves them to your account.

How we use it

To provide and secure the Service, process payments, send essential account and receipt emails, and comply with the law. We don't sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

• Flutterwave: payment processing.
• Google and Apple: only if you choose to sign in with them.
• AI providers: the text you submit for schema generation is sent to the model provider to produce a result; don't include secrets in your prompts.

Cookies

We use strictly-necessary, httpOnly cookies to keep you signed in. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Data retention and security

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal obligations. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes; refresh tokens only as hashes. We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your account data, and request a copy, by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your personal data except records we must retain for legal or accounting reasons.

Children

The Service isn't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We'll post updates here and notify you of material changes.
