These terms govern your use of Auxen ("the Service"), a tool that generates backend application code from a schema you describe. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use paid features. Notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
You own the code Auxen generates for you and may use it for any lawful purpose, including commercially. Generated code is provided "as is," and you're responsible for reviewing, testing, and securing it before production use. We make no warranty that generated code is error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
Don't use the Service to build or generate anything unlawful, to infringe others' rights, to abuse or overload the infrastructure, or to reverse-engineer or resell the Service itself.
The Service, its interface, and its underlying software remain our property. These terms don't grant you rights to our trademarks or brand.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to comply with the law. On termination, your right to use paid features ends; you retain the code already generated.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
